The round robin action took place across Friday and Saturday, saving the finals for Sunday. Western Prairie players nearly collected a sweep, as Team Red managed to win the "C" Final by a score of 4-3 over Team Yellow, Team White beat Team Blue 4-2 in a local matchup for the "B" Final, and in the "A" Final, Team Grey lost to Team Orange 5-3. Starting the day, Team Black defeated Team Green 2-1 to win the "D" Final.

Outside of the provincial tournament, the Western Prairie program had more good news to share over the weekend.
