The calls to service for the Rosetown RCMP from September 23 to 29 started off with a report of a missing lawn ornament from a residence in Rosetown, SK. The matter is still under investigation. Then, RCMP received a report of an erratic driver on Highway 15. Members were unable to locate the vehicle. And wrapping up September 23, Members received a report of a suspicious person in Rosetown, SK. Members patrolled the area but found no suspicious activity.

Moving onto September 24, RCMP received a report of mischief in Rosetown, SK. The matter is still under investigation. Also on the 24th, RCMP received a report of a suspicious vehicle at a rural farmyard. Members patrolled but unable to locate the vehicle. Then, RCMP received a report of a semi collision with a moose. There were no injuries. And wrapping up a busy September 24, Members received a report of harassing communications. There was insufficient evidence to proceed.

There was one call to service on September 25, which saw RCMP receiving a report of an erratic driver on Highway 7 near Harris, SK. Members located the vehicle and a verbal warning was given to the driver.

A busy September 26 started off with a report of the sudden death of a 94-year-old male from Rosetown, SK. The death was not suspicious in nature. Then, RCMP received a report of a traffic complaint on Highway 7 near Harris, SK. Members patrolled but were unable to locate the vehicle. Also on the 26th, Members received a report of a vehicle collision in Rosetown, SK. The matter is still under investigation. And wrapping up a busy September 26, RCMP received a request for a wellbeing check. Members spoke to the subject of complaint.

Moving onto September 27, RCMP received a report of theft of tools from a truck in Rosetown, SK. The matter is still under investigation. And RCMP received a report of an injured deer on Highway 7 near Harris, SK. Members attended and moved the deer off the highway.

During a traffic stop on September 28, RCMP arrested a 48-year old male for an outstanding warrant and released for court.

And a busy September 29 started off with a report of a suspicious person on a grid road near Darcy, SK. The matter is still under investigation. Then a report of fraud. The matter is still under investigation. And wrapping the the 29th and the week, RCMP received a report of a found cellphone. If you are missing a cell phone, please contact the detachment office.

There were also  22 traffic related charges issued, one 911 mis dial call and six false alarm calls during the week.
