Kindersley Klippers goaltender Cody Jaman was honoured for his solid week in the pipes last week, as he was named SaskTel goalie of the week for his efforts. The Airdrie, Alberta native went 2-1 last week, defeating both Humboldt and Flin Flon in the process. His 2.69 GAA and sparkling .937 save percentage are the reason the team is playing so well as of late.

But Kindersley could not get Mr. Jaman a goal last night at the Bank in Melville, as former Nipawin Hawk Joel Mabin scored the lone goal in big 1-0 win for the moneymen. Coach Doug Johnson's great defensive scheme stifled Kindersley at every turn last night, and the Klippers could not really get much going offensively.

The Klips will need to bounce back tonight in Yorkton after a good night's rest, with puck drop set from beautiful Westland Arena set for 7:00 pm this evening.
