A recent reminder from eHealth Saskatchewan is sharing that residents should ensure personal information is current ahead of the upcoming fall health card renewal.

People should check to ensure their address and family information is up to date now, before they receive the new health card stickers this fall. Information that Health Registries needs to know includes your name, and family unit changes due to marriage, divorce, addition or removal of dependents.

"Preparations are underway for the 2023 health care renewal. Current health cards are set to expire on Dec. 31, 2023. eHealth will begin mailing out renewal stickers to individuals who are currently eligible for Saskatchewan health coverage starting in mid-fall of 2023."

Exercising this renewal will extend your current health card and service coverage until Dec. 31, 2026. Once a health card expires, an individual could be billed for medical services.

Email Change@eHealthSask.ca to update your address, as well as any personal information. Call 1-800-667-7551 for service over the phone, and you can read even deeper through the eHealth Saskatchewan website.
