The Children's Hospital Fondation of Saskatchewan and Saskatchewan Roughrider Receiver Andy Fantuz have teamed up to support the fondation. Fantuz Flakes, a new cereal being sold province wide, are in stores in celebration of the Riders 100th Year Anniversary.

 

A portion of the proceeds are going to be donated to the Saskatchewan Children's Hospital Fondation.

 

President and CEO of the Children's Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan, Brynn Boback-Lane says she is thrilled with the partnership with Mr. Fantuz and that the fondation is proud to be part of this initiative that in turn will help children and families across Saskatchewan.

 

The Children's Hospital Fondation of Saskatchewan is a provincial chairity raising awareness and funds for the provincail children's hospital in the areas of pediatric medical research, equiptment, education, and family-centred care.

 

24,000 boxes of Fantuz Flakes were sold generated about $96,000 in total sales. No word yet if a second shipment or additional boxes will be sold.
