Today is the 3rd annual Green Shirt Day. This day was started in honor of the #LoganBouletEffect. Logan passed away in the Humboldt Broncos bus crash April 6, 2018, and his family donated his organs so that 6 lives could be saved. Logan had told his parents that he was registering as an organ donor, thus starting the #LoganBouletEffect.

In honor of Logan's donation, today will always been known as Green Shirt Day, where people wear green to show their support for organ donation, and to raise awareness of how organ donation can save lives. One local family, knows first-hand the life changing effects of organ donation.
