Head coach Mack Francis gave the coaches report prior to the awards. Francis gave parents and others in attendance a look at the team from his perspective, ending the speech with some of his favourite memories throughout the season.

The night ended with one final chance to celebrate through photos. The players may see each other in the KCS halls, but this was the final chance to truly come together as a team.

The night also represents the clubs AGM. Some movement was seen on the board with graduate parents relinquishing their roles, and parents of younger players stepping in to fill them.
