Organizing members of Kindersley Minor Ball have been busy trying to get final preparations in place for the upcoming season.

Shared through social media on Monday, the top priority on their list at the moment is finding a coach for this year's U18 baseball team. The post picked up some steam with over ten shares and comments since being posted, as without coaches in place by the end of the week, Kindersley Minor Ball will have to cancel their U18 team's season.

Just last week Kindersley Minor Ball was also seeking volunteer help for their rally cap program. They also put out a call for volunteers to assist with the Softball Saskatchwan U9 Fun Festival coming up June 22-23.

Hopefully a few new umpires are in the mix after both baseball and softball clinics were held over the weekend. Just a few weeks back we spoke with minor ball vice-president Curtis Graham about the increased need headed into the season.

Anyone interested in these opportunities can get into contact with Kindersley Minor Ball at (306) 463-6697, likely contacting Board President Mike Rublee, or the vice-president Graham to learn more on what is available.
