King Drive in Kindersley is currently closed to the public as excavation work has begun for the Town’s scheduled water main replacement.

A precautionary drinking water advisory has also been put in place.

Temporary water service lines have been installed on every property on King Drive.

The affected addresses whose water service was disrupted but are not on a temporary water line are the even numbers from 800 to 810 on 8th Street West and 801 9th Street West.

This water main replacement is expected to take five or six days to finish, which is when curb, sidewalk and gutter work will begin.

Some residents will not have access to their sidewalks or driveways and will have to use back lanes until the work is finished.
