Umpire clinics are coming to west-central this weekend. Time is almost up to get registered for the clinics existing for both softball and baseball.

Two local opportunities in Kindersley and Unity are part of eight total Softball Saskatchewan clinics taking place across the province.

On Saturday morning in Kindersley the clinic will be taking place at Kindersley Composite High School, beginning with check-in at 9:00 AM, and the event starting at 9:30. Then the clinic will move to Unity on Sunday at Unity Composite High School, check-in set for 9:30 AM for the clinic beginning at 10:00.

Baseball Saskatchewan is offering a couple different opportunities in Kindersley this upcoming Sunday.

Both Level 1 and Level 2 umpire training will be available on Sunday in Kindersley at the Kindersley Composite School. Level 1 training goes in the morning starting at 8:30, and then Level 2 starts in the afternoon at 1:30. Anyone unable to make it to Kindersley should know that a Level 1 clinic is being put on in Delisle a day earlier on Saturday.

Anyone struggling with the sign-up process can refer to the Kindersley Minor Ball post below detailing step-by-step how to register.

Now officially shifting to ball season, tune in for the OSY Rentals Ball Report airing every Thursday on Country 104.
