On November 13, 2015 at approximately 10:30 pm, Leader RCMP members were on patrol when they observed a power arc along a portion of Highway 32 near Portreeve, Saskatchewan.

Members attended the immediate area and determined that a vehicle had struck a power pole, which caused the power lines to fall across the road.

A portion of Highway 32 was closed while Sask Power attended and secured the lines. However the Highway area effected has been re-opened.

The single male occupant of the vehicle appeared to have suffered a medical condition prior to the incident. He was taken to hospital with non life threatening conditions.
