Thursday April 7th, 2016 at approximately 3:00 p.m. the Kindersley RCMP conducted an investigation that led to the execution of a search warrant at a residence on 3rd Avenue West in Kindersley.

Stolen property was recovered along with several controlled substances including: 46 Fentanyl pills, 0.5 grams of Psilocybin, drug paraphernalia and a prohibited switchblade knife, all of which were seized.

A 31 year old male and 24 year old female were arrested on scene. Further investigation conducted at the residence lead to a traffic stop on Highway 21 South of Kindersley, when a 35 year old male and 22 year old female were arrested. RCMP officers then seized one gram of cocaine and 53 Hydromorph-contin that was located inside the vehicle along with multiple prohibited weapons.

The 35 year old male is facing multiple charges of Failure to Comply with Undertaking, charges of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, Unauthorized Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, Possession of weapon for Dangerous Purpose and Possession of Schedule I Substance.

The 31 year old male has been charged with Possession of Property Obtained by Crime less than $5000 and Mischief Under $5000.

The 22 year old female has been charged with multiple charges of Failure to Comply with Undertaking and Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Schedule I Substance.

The 24 year old female who was wanted was arrested on several Breaches of Probation, charges not related to this occurrence.

Today the 35 year old male will appear in court in Saskatoon. The 31 year old male and 22 year old female will appear in court in Kindersley on May 5th, 2016. Lastly the 24 year old female was remanded on Friday, and released to appear in court in Kindersley April 12th, 2016.
