Unity is a well-known baseball town. The Cardinals baseball diamond has been home to action in the community for the last 60 years, and now the Cardinal Diamond Revitalization Project is hoping to usher in another 60 years.
Renovations to the diamond over a three year span will first see some landscaping, before major construction in the form of bleachers, a potential clubhouse, and other facilities, before the final stage of the project sees lights installed to bring night games to the community.
