Last week, a large gathering showed up to talk about important issues withing the Town of Outlook. The gathering included the members on town council , the mayor and residents living within the area that added up to 400 people.

One of the topics included the current state of the landfill in Outlook. After talking about creating a new spot for an official landfill, the councilors decided that there was enough land for one in the southern part of the land, and that it would serve as an income source for the town. The estimated cost of the landfill will cost $2.5 million dollars and it could serve for as many as 40 years before becoming a problem.

It's expected to be up and running by some time in the spring of 2018, and will serve a large part of the region. People within the community of Outlook and people around the town that belong to a certain municipality will benefit from this, as this will be an easier way to dispose of unwanted materials.
