The following is a list of calls the Kindersley, Eston, and Kerrobert RCMP have responded to for service in their dispatch area.

Calls for service were tracked from October 14th to 6:00 AM on October 21st:

Friday October 14th, 2016 6:00 a.m. – Monday October 17th, 2016 6:00 a.m

  • One driver is facing a fine of $230.00 for exceeding the speed limit (30 km/hr) in a school zone by 20 km/hr.
  • RCMP received a call of an impaired driver stuck in a ditch. Individual was located and arrested under the Alcohol and Gaming Act Section 126 intoxicated in a public place, Sec 129(a) of the Criminal Code for Resist Arrest and Section 264.1(1) of the Criminal code for Uttering Threats X2 to a peace officer’s family. Individual was lodged for the night and released the next day.
  • Call of possible impaired driver and passenger. Vehicle was located with both occupants inside. After an investigation was conducted the 25 year old male driver of the vehicle was arrested and now facing charges of Impaired Care or Control of a Motor Vehicle Section 253(1)(a), Failure/Refusal to provide breath samples Section 254(5) and Sec Mischief under $5000 Section 430(4) under the Criminal Code. The 24 year old male passenger of the vehicle was also arrested and is facing charges of assault on a Police Officer X2 Section 270(2), Fail to comply with an undertaking X2 Section 145(5.1) and Uttering threats against a police officer Section 264.1(1)(a) of the Criminal Code. Both individuals were released from custody and will appear in Kindersley Court on November 8th.

Monday October 17th, 6:00 a.m. – Tuesday October 18th, 6:00 a.m.

  • RCMP responded to approximately 10 calls for service in Glidden, Coleville, Eston, Major, RM of Mariposa, Eatonia, RM of Progress, RM of Kindersley. Those calls included a report of a break and enter to a residence and a call of an empty cattle liner on fire with no injuries.

Tuesday October 18th, 2016 6:00 a.m. – Wednesday October 19th, 2016 6:00 a.m.

  • RCMP responded to 11 calls for service in the town of Kindersley, RM of Snipe Lake, town of Eston, town of Kerrobert, RM of Kindersley, RM of Milton. Those calls included a break and enter into a business property with damage and a hit and run.

Wednesday October 19, 2016 6:00 a.m. – Thursday October 20th, 2016 6:00 a.m.

  • RCMP responded to 8 calls for service in the town of Kindersley, town of Eston including a 22 year old male and 20 year old female being taken into custody and arrested. The 20 year old female is facing charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking, breach of undertaking, and possession of a controlled substance. The 22 year old male is facing charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of a controlled substance.

Thursday October 20, 2016 6:00 a.m. - Friday October 21th, 2016 6:00 a.m.

  • RCMP responded to 1 call for service in the town of Kindersley, and 1 call on Hwy 21 south of Kindersley.
