The Regional Rosetown Drama Festival kicks off tonight at the Rosetown Central High School. The festival kicks off with the doors opening at 6:45 pm on Friday April 8th, 2016. Doors open again on Saturday April 9th at 12:45 pm. Rosetown starts things off Friday evening, followed by Kindersley and Kerrobert. Saturday will begin with Hanley's performance and Unity is last but most certainly not least.

Last year the festival was held in Davidson.

Region 6 includes Rosetown, Kindersley, Kerrobert, Hanley and Unity.

Two judicator's, provided by the Saskatchewan Drama Association will come out and critique the performances, provide feedback and hand out awards. They will also be picking the best performance to represent the region at provincials in Regina. Rosetown won the competition last year.

Tickets for each play are $5.

Brodie Cuff wanted to extend a friendly reminder to all patrons hoping to attend to be a little early. As soon as each play begins the doors are shut and locked until the play is over.

All the best of luck to all the performers! Should be very entertaining!
