The Kinsmen Club of Rosetown is thanking members of the community for their support during their luncheon on March 2nd. The event helped raise over $8000 which will be donated to this year’s Telemiracle 46 in Regina on March 5th and 6th.

Clark Gawryluik, a member of the Rosetown Kinsmen says he is thrilled with the turnout, and it exceeded expectations.

“We probably had over 400 tickets sold. It’s a little higher than average, we’ve had over 400 before, but typically we were in the 300 range. 100% of the funds from the luncheon are being put towards Telemiracle.”

The luncheon on Wednesday wasn’t the only way the club raised funds for this upcoming Telemiracle 46. A handmade quilt by high school student Sierra McKenzie was donated and raffled off for $1120.

Gawryluik stated the Kinsemen Club of Rosetown has more fundraising events planned in the future with dates yet to be determined.

Anyone looking to join the club or volunteer their time is always welcome.
