With school back in session, Lydia Hare of the Rosetown Library, says there are several events planned in the next few weeks. Michelle Leith is back this year for story time with kids of all ages. The first read is goes Saturday, September 11th.

With all the knowledge on the internet, some people may forget what it's like to physically go to the library and actually take out a book.

While you can read just about anything on the internet, Hare says there is just something special about holding a tangible copy. She adds that she feels books will never die.

The Library will be closed this Saturday of the long weekend as well as Monday for Labour Day.
