The Sandhills boxing club had 3 boxers at a competition this past weekend in Calgary. Willow Blohm and Rider Bredy both had tough matches against competitors from renowned clubs from Alberta.

They dug deep and showed how big their hearts are. Because of there determination and grit, the crowd could not help but cheer for these young boxers from abroad. They are 10 and under it is considered a fun box category. Which is a no-lose situation where everyone is a winner.

Keeley Hartell is 15 years old and had her 5th bout this weekend and won her match by split decision.

Because of the heart that they showed we have been invited. to a pre Stampede competition, June 27th with a venue of 20,000 people. The next competition for the boxing club is in Lloydminster on February 22nd, with four matches so far.
