A second suspect has been charged in a homicide in Oxbow. 

24-year-old Taylor Japp from Oxbow, SK, is charged with 2nd-degree murder, Section 235, Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in Regina Provincial Court on Monday, April 29, 2024. 

The victim has been identified as 28-year-old Brianna Hayes from Oxbow, SK. Her family has been notified and victim services have been made available to them.

Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes continues to investigate. They ask anyone with information about Brianna’s death, or who interacted with her from April 22 to 24, to report it by calling 310-RCMP.
