The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) announced it will be expanding its online patient booking system to include lab services.

The SHA will be phasing in the booking system beginning in March, with all sites going live by the end of April.

Places that will be going live include Moose Jaw, North Battleford, Prince Albert and Swift Current. 

Once the system is live, patients will be able to book blood/urine collection, ECG and Glucose Tolerance Test appointments online. 

In order to book an appointment online, all you will need in a valid health card and a phone number or email address where notifications will be sent. 

The online book system can be found on the SHA Patient Booking System website. 

Patients will still be able to book their appointment over the phone by calling 1-833-727-5829.
