With lake season around the corner, many people are looking to shed that unwanted winter weight.

Excercise is beneficial to reduce stress, manage weight, and prevent many diseases such as diabetes and osteoporosis.

Another tip that Hrynchyn adds is to increase your overall activities throughout the day and to remember that you can out eat any weight loss program.  You should also do activities that you enjoy and feel comfortable with in order to keep yourself motivated.
