Board of education nominations for the Sun West School division are now open.

Residents interested in being on the school board can find nomination papers online at www.sunwestds.ca or at Sun West schools in each subdivision. At least ten voters from the area must sign each nomination form.

In order to qualify to be on the board of education potential candidates must be a Canadian citizen over the age of 18 who has lived in Saskatchewan for six or more successive months, and must have resided in the school division for at least three consecutive months.

Nomination forms can be emailed to elections@sunwestsd.ca or returned during regular business hours from September 6th until nomination day on Wednesday, September 21st at 4:00PM.

Election Day for all boards of education will be on Wednesday, October 26th.
