Warmer December weather delayed driving boards and skis down the slopes, but the province is making up for lost time.
Table Mountain has had a late start to the season, but attendance rates for January are showing the Saskatchewanian's desire to ski and snowboard cannot be deterred.
Attendance rates have been above average for January this year, and with the good weather heading in to month of February, representatives of Table Mountain Ski Lodge are confident numbers for this month will be on par if not above as well.
Due to an early Easter this year, the lodge may be closed earlier than other years.
The last day Table Mountain is scheduled to be open before Easter Holidays is March 24.
Opening on December 19, Table Mountain has had one of its shorter years, with just over three months of active operation.
All the runs are currently open 7 days a week.
The Chalet is open from 9a.m.-5p.m, with the lifts running from 10a.m. - 4:30p.m.
