SaskPower has completed work in the area between Coleville and Hershel and have announced all power should be restored.

As you can see above, SaskPower is asking anyone still without power to contact them.

Anybody enjoying a late night by the television on Thursday was interrupted by a power outage. The power was restored shortly after closer to midnight, but then around 3:50 on Friday morning the power was lost once again as SaskPower crews worked to diagnose the issue.
Below is the latest update via SaskPower on social media.
5:41 AM: All power has been restored in Kindersley, Laporte, Glidden, Netherhill, Alsask, Flaxcombe, Loverna, Hoosier, Coleville, Dodsland, & Plenty areas. #skoutage

While a majority of the area was restored with power early Friday, the SaskPower outages map on their website confirmed some areas were still facing a power outage. At 6:02 this morning crews were still determining the cause and repair time for the outage reported in the rural area east of Coleville to Herschel.
