The power has been restored to all customers in the area. We'll have an update closer to noon about the cause and any other information about yesterday's outage.
Below is the update, with the original story down further.
SaskPower released another statement at 7:34 this morning saying that crews have been dispatched to fix the ongoing issues in Tyner, White Bear, and Lacadena. Another update will be provided by 11:00am this morning.
SaskPower spokesman Joel Cherry said this morning, "Power has been restored to Eston itself, we do have one feeder off in that area that serves White Bear, Plato, Tyner, and Lacadena along with some surrounding rurals. That's about 715 customers total that are still off, and they had to remain off because the conditions were bad enough that we weren't able to respond until early this morning. We have had a crew out working on repairs since shortly about 4am, we don't have an estimated time of repair for when power is going to be back up but we're working to get power restored as soon as possible.
7:34 AM: UPDATE - Crews continue to work to restore power to remaining customers affected by the outage in Eston, Tyner, White Bear, and surrounding rurals. Currently no ETR. Next update by 11am. Thank you for your patience. #skoutage

There is currently no ETA to repair but crews have been dispatched to try and find the cause, but with the current weather conditions it very well could take a long time.
More to come.
