Kindersley Sr. Klippers

The Kindersley Sr. Klippers will be in action this weekend as the team will head up to Edam to play the 3 Stars tomorrow night at 8pm.

The 3 Stars are one of the new teams in the league along with the Hafford Hawks.

Edam has a 4-2-1 record, which is good enough for 5th in the SWHL and are lead offensively by Braden Oleksyn, who has 10 goals and 21 points in 7 games. Mitch Wall is right behind with 18 points and Brody Roach is third with 12 to round up the top 3 in scoring for Edam.

Kindersley is lead by Shayne Neigum who is leading the team and the league with 28 points and has 13 goals in 9 games. Preston Kopeck is in second on the team and in the league with 26 points and has 11 goals in 9 games. Damon McKenzie rounds up the top 3 in scoring on the team with 22 points and 10 goals.


 Rosetown Sr. Redwings

The Rosetown Sr. Redwings will be back on the ice tonight with one game on their schedule against the Eston Ramblers. The Redwings will travel down to play the Ramblers for an 8:30 puck drop from the Eston Arena.

Zach Douglas and Kyle Ireland lead the Redwings in scoring with 7 goals and 11 assists each heading into play tonight. Carson Grolla sits in third with 13 points and Kendall McFaull is right behind with 12 points and Jared Jagow in in fifth with 11 points and 6 goals.

Rosetown has a 6-2-1 record heading into play this evening which is good enough for third in the SVHL right behind the Ramblers who are 7-1 in league play. Kenaston is leading the Sask Valley Hockey League with an 8-1 mark heading into weekend action.
