Residents of West Central Saskatchewan are sure to remember the blizzard on January 14th, 2008.

Once the storm was over residents had to dig themselves out.  The region was treated to 100 kilometre an hour winds and over 4 centimeters of snow.

Travel was not recomended on nearly all highways in the area due to the zero visibility and snow drifted highways.

Kindersley RCMP reported several accidents during the height of the storm, including a truck rollover, there were no injuries.
