The Rosetown RCMP released there weekly report for April 12th to 19th. During the week members of the Rosetown RCMP Detachment dealt with 8 calls of Assistance to the General Public, including 4 Erratic Driving complaints, 1 False Alarm call and 3 False 911 calls.

On April 12th at 10:57AM, an unknown male stole a hoodie and fled the scene in a black two door car.

On April 13th at 2:05AM, a 25 year old man was charged for breaching his probation, this individual makes his first court appearance on May 23rd.

At 1:07PM on April 15th, members of the Rosetown Detachment received a complaint of a vehicle passing a school bus while the school bus had both it's red lights and stop arm extended. The matter is currently under investigation.

Police would like to remind drivers proceeding in the same direction on a highway as a school bus, you're not permitted to pass if its safety lights are in operation. You're also not permitted to pass if the bus has come to a complete stop and has both it's safety lights and stop arm extended.

On April 15th at 1:10PM, members of the Rosetown Detachment received a complaint on the theft of a girl's bicycle, from the 800 block of King St, in Rosetown. The bike is an A vigo Blossom, with an aqua blue frame and hot pink rims, pedals and seat.

On April 16 at 02:20AM, the Rosetown Detachment received a complaint of vehicles having been gone through in the 1100 block of King St in Rosetown. Nothing appears to have been stolen from the vehicles. Police would like to remind residents to lock their vehicles and homes at all time and not to leave valuables in plain sight.

During the hours of 10:00AM on April 16th the Rosetown Detachment received a complaint of several stop signs in Rosetown, having been knocked down.

At 10:00PM on the 16th of April the Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of mischief to some trailers and RV's at the storage area near the Rosetown Campground. Battery cables on trailers had been cut and some had batteries removed. The RCMP are unsure when these mischievous thefts occurred.
