Canadian Blood Services rolled out their equipment for another blood donor clinic in Kindersley yesterday, and by the turnout alone it was successful.

A multitude of Kindersley residents dealt with a little bit of pain to donate blood, something Blood services representatives say is not uncommon in West Central Saskatchewan.

That strong turnout is a continuing trend, which means despite blood having a shelf life of just over two months, reserves are never in short supply in our region.

That's a positive trend, considering one donation can save the lives of up to three people.

There's another clinic scheduled in Rosetown for today, and the blood drive will roll into Kindersley again closer to the fall.
