Everyone has been noticing the warm weather lately, and although it seems like it had snowed only a little while ago, it's hotter than ever. According to Environment Canada, there are a couple communities in West Central Saskatchewan that broke temperature records last Saturday, April 2.

Rosetown - 23.2oC (previous record - 20.6oC set in 1949)

Saskatoon - 21oC (previous record - 20oC set in 1992)

Swift Current - 22.1oC (previous record - 21.1oC set in 1915)

Elbow - 22.9oC (previous record 22.2oC set in 22.2)

The historically average temperature in West Central Saskatchewan is around 6oC in April.
