Three games were played in the Fertile Valley Baseball League on Tuesday. The Kindersley Cubs were across the border in Oyen facing the Eagles, and the Rosetown Angels hit the road for a doubleheader in Kindersley against the Raiders and Stallions at Berard Field.

The game in Oyen saw the Cubs taking an earlier than expected trip back home as the Eagles won 10-0 in 5 innings. Pitching and defense breezed the game along nicely through the first few innings, before Oyen kept the line moving and ran up a couple of big innings to take the mercy win.

The Rosetown Angels were in Kindersley for a pair, the night starting with a tight 5-4 loss against the Raiders. The game afterwards against the Stallions wasn't as close, Kindersley carrying a commanding 7-1 lead into the final innings as the Angels lost again. Find a few photos below from the late innings.

Wednesday's schedule sees the Kindersley Klippers set to host the Eatonia What Kings, and the Oyen Eagles at home once again taking on Rosetown.
