Highlighting the Unity and area RCMP Report for June 22-29 were a couple of family disputes, a complaint of fraud, a hit and run complaint in Unity, and theft in the Macklin area.

UNITY REPORTS

· RCMP received a complaint of an abandoned vehicle. Members spoke to the registered owner who agreed to have the vehicle moved.

· RCMP received a complaint of an individual damaging a vehicle. This matter is still under investigation.

· Police received a report of individuals loitering near a residence. Members spoke to the subjects of complaint.

· RCMP received a Mental Health Act complaint. Members spoke with the subject of complaint.

· Police received another Mental Health Act complaint. Members transported the subject of complaint to Saskatoon for assessment.

· CN Police reported two railway crossing malfunctions in Unity this week. Both instances were reported for information purposes.

· There were also four traffic complaints, two false 911 calls and one noise complaint.

WILKIE REPORTS

· RCMP received a complaint of an abandoned vehicle. Members spoke to the registered owner who agreed to have the vehicle moved.

· A 27-year-old Wilkie male was charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle during a traffic stop.

· Police received a complaint of fraud. Information sent to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.

· Members acted as mediators in two separate neighbor disputes this week.

· RCMP received a complaint of uttering threats but there was insufficient evidence to proceed.

· Members received a report of a vehicle collision with a deer. There were no injuries. Reported for insurance purposes.

· An individual turned in property items that had been located on private property in a rural area. This matter is still under investigation.

· There were also three traffic complaints and one false 911 call.

MACKLIN REPORT

· RCMP received a complaint of an individual damaging a vehicle. This matter is still under investigation.

· Members are investigating a report of fraud.

· Police acted as mediators in a family dispute.

· RCMP received a complaint of theft. This matter is still under investigation.

· There was also one traffic complaint and one false alarm.
