With colder weather and the month of October beginning, high school football in the West Central region is finishing off the regular season.

The Kindersley Kobras 2A 6-man C2 football team has three games remaining in their schedule with Davidson coming to town October 4, at 4 pm. The Kobras are undefeated at 3-0 and will wrap up their regular season on the road, where they will head to Rosetown on October 11 and will finish their season in Unity on October 17th. 

In 2A 6-man, C2 football division teams are putting up lots of points. Kindersley leads the way with 198 points scored in their 3 games alone. Rosetown also has put up a lot of points with 157 scored in their 3 games played. Rosetown and Unity join Kindersley at the undefeated ranks at 3-0. Clavet, and Davidson sit at 1-3, Biggar at 1-2 and Outlook rounds up the teams at 0-4. The teams play six games in all with the top 3 teams making the playoffs which are slated to begin the week of October 21. 

The Kerrobert Rebels 1A 6 man C2 football team, remains undefeated as well with a 4-0 mark with two games to go, with Plenty heading to Kerrobert for October 4 at 4 pm. The regular season concludes for the Rebels October 10 as they host Macklin at 4 pm. The playoffs for 1A begin with a 2 vs 3 playoff on October 19. Kerrobert is head and shoulders above the rest of the league scoring a whopping 286 points in their 4 games. Eatonia and Plenty sit tied in second with a 2-2 mark and Macklin rounds out the league sitting at 0-4. The top 3 teams make the playoffs as well in 1A 6 man with the playoffs beginning with the 2 vs 3 match up scheduled for the week of October 21 as well.
