The Kindersley Sr. Klippers had a pair of games over the weekend in SWHL action.

The Klippers split their two games on the weekend losing to Hafford 3-2 on Saturday night at home and then winning in Macklin yesterday, 5-2. Preston Kopeck was the star of yesterday’s game with 1 goal and 3 assists in the 5-2 win.

Shayne Neigum and Brody Ryberg had a good game as well putting up a goal and an assist each to help the Klippers jump their record to 12-3 with three games left to go in the SWHL for Kindersley. Newcomer Eric Roy had a good game on the back end as well as he put up a goal and an assist and was strong defensively in the victory in Macklin last night.

Kindersley sits in second behind the Wilkie Outlaws with the same amount of points but Wilkie has two games at hand.
