The Kindersley Kobras are the champions of 3A Nine-Man football after defeating the Lumsden Devils in the Provincial Final.

For the first time in over 40 years, the Kobras played in a Provincial Championship Final and made sure that they were going to come out as champions.

The Kobras played their best brand of football when it mattered most; in the playoff round. Each week, the Kobras continued to find ways to win important football games, and ultimately earned a provincial title against a very talented football program.

Tavis Lehmann, coach of the Kobras, expressed how proud he is of the players for all of their hard work this season. He also described the feeling of bringing home a provincial title back to Kindersley.

Lehmann talked about the path the Kobras have been on in order to get to this position.
