Looking at the calls to service for the Rosetown RCMP from January 19-24, the week started off with a report of mischief in Harris on January 19. There was insufficient evidence to proceed.

Moving on January 20, RCMP received a complaint of an erratic driver on Highway 7 near Harris. Members located the vehicle, and a verbal warning was given. 

Two calls were noted on January 21, starting off with a complaint of a suspicious person in Elrose. Members attended and spoke to the subject of complaint. Also on the 21, RCMP acted as mediators in a neighbour dispute in Rosetown. 

Moving onto January 22, there were another two calls to service. First up was a report of the sudden death of a 94-year-old male from Rosetown. The death was not suspicious in nature. Then the big call came in during the week, as there was a report of assault in Rosetown. Members attended and arrested a 35-year-old male from Rosetown with Forcible confinement and two counts of Assault. 

The week wrapped on January 24, as RCMP received a report of a motor vehicle collision near Rosetown. Members attended and a 30-year-old male from Rosetown transported to hospital for assessment. 

There were also 48 traffic related charges issued and one 911 misdial call during the week.
