Law enforcement are continuing to work with the investigation of human remains found earlier this week near Swanson in the R.M. of Montrose.

Swanson is a hamlet 26 kilometres south of Delisle on Highway 45.

RCMP were notified of the remains on the afternoon of Sunday, November 20th after a hunter made the discovery over the weekend.

Not many details have been released by officials as they continue to solve the victim's identity and cause of death. An autopsy is currently set for Monday.

RCMP are working with their major crimes unit and Saskatoon forensics unit.
