Reduced visibility still noted in parts of West Central Wednesday evening

The reduced visibility is still being noted in parts of west-central, but the wind is expected to die down. However, a cold front is coming through and we are looking at temperatures in the minus 30s with the windchill Wednesday and Thursday in the evening hours. It is a breezy Saskatchewan afternoon in the region, and it is causing poor visibility in the western part of the province early Wednesday afternoon. This is a snippet from the Highway Hotline as of 12:12 pm Wednesday via the Highway Hotline.
