The RCMP Report for Rosetown and Kyle was released, highlighting a busy week within the area: 

  • Rosetown RCMP received a report of the sudden death of a 32 year-old male from Kyle, SK. Members attended along with EMS - the death was not suspicious in nature 
  • Rosetown RCMP received a report of a deep fryer on fire in Rosetown, SK. There was minor damage to the house - no injuries. 
  • Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of bitcoin fraud in Fiske, SK The matter is still under investigation. 
  • Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of harassing communications in Rosetown, SK. There was insufficient evidence to proceed. 
  • Rosetown RCMP received a received a report of a hit and run in Elrose, SK. The matter is still under investigation. 
  • Rosetown RCMP received a theft complaint in Harris, SK. The matter is still under investigation 
  • Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of an erratic driver on Highway 7. Members were unable to locate the vehicle. 
  • Rosetown RCMP received a request for a wellbeing check in Rosetown, SK. Members spoke to the subject of complaint. 
  • Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of an abandoned vehicle on Highway 44. Members spoke to the registered owner - vehicle not abandoned just broke down. 
  • Kyle RCMP received a complaint of disturbing the peace in Lucky Lake, SK. The complainant declined to proceed. 
  • Rosetown RCMP received a complaint of a semi in the ditch near McGee, SK. Upon member arrival the semi was gone. 
  • Rosetown RCMP received two complaints of hockey sticks missing from the Rosetown Arena. The matter is still under investigation. 

In addition there were 41 Traffic related charges issued, 2 911 miss-dial calls and 2 false alarm calls.
