The Kindersley Sr. Klippers were on the ice this past weekend and won both games on the schedule. The Luseland Mallards were first, and Kindersley won easily 17-0 on Friday before heading up to Hafford to play the Hawks on Saturday. The Klippers got a good effort from Damon McKenzie with a pair of goals, and Presten Kopeck had a goal and an assist too, to help Kindersley to a 7-4 victory. Tate Page had a goal and assist too, as did Austin Jamieson.

Kindersley will be back in action at home versus the Kerrobert Tigers on Friday at 8 pm before heading to Biggar to play the Nationals on Saturday night. Presten Kopeck now leads the team in scoring with 22 points in 7 games and Shayne Neigum is right behind with 21 points in 7 games. Damon McKenzie is tied with Kopeck with the team lead in goals with 10 and has 19 points. Former Jr. Klipper Tate Page has 14 points and Jessey Pocock has 13 points to round out the top five.
