It will be a very busy stretch coming up for the Kindersley Sr. Klippers as they will both be in league and provincial playoffs this weekend. First up, a Thursday evening tilt with the Hafford Hawks at the WCEC in Kindersley which will begin at 8:30 pm.

Hafford played Kindersley tough the last time these two teams squared off, as the Hawks handily beat the Klippers 6-1 at a neutral site game at the Don Ross Arena in the Battlefords. But Kindersley won the first two meetings of the season 7-5 and 6-1 respectively in Kindersley.

Looking at provincial A playoffs, Kindersley will host the SVHL's powerhouse team, the Kenaston Blizzards this Sunday at the WCEC. Kenaston is coming off back-to-back league titles and won a provincial D title back in 2022. So, to say the Klippers have their hands full would be a huge understatement.

Puck drop on Sunday is set for 7:30 pm at the Co-op Arena in Kindersley. Meanwhile, game two will be back in Kenaston on Saturday, March 2. Country 104 will have the call, with the pregame show beginning at 7:15 pm. A possible game three would be held back in Kindersley March 4 at 8:30 pm.
