A severe thunderstorm watch began around 7:30 on Sunday night, and rumbled it's way through the evening until about 10:15 when the watch was ended.
As it got darker, a farm yard north of Netherhill lost track of their dog, and are still searching as of Monday morning after the animal likely spent the night in the rain.
Murphy got lost during Sunday night's thundershowers (Photo courtesy EJ Selby)The family is asking anyone in the Netherhill area to keep an eye out for a missing golden retriever. The dog is friendly, responds to Murphy, and was last seen roughly around 8:30.
