A positive note was included in the latest Biggar RCMP report concerning the recent break and enter, and subsequent theft at the local liquor store.

The reports states the system listened to all the victims and those effected by the crime spree of Tami Falcon, and as a result, the 23 year old accepted responsibility for her actions through the community and was sentenced 360 days with a 65 day credit for her remand time. Falcon will be at the Pine Grove Correction Centre for the remaining 295 days.

In last week's report members had executed a search warrant at a residence in town to recover the remaining stolen liquor and cigarettes.

The other suspect involved in the liquor store break, enter, and theft will be in court September 6.
