The rinks were full excitement all over West Central Saskatchewan this weekend.

In the Sask Valley Hockey League, Beechey and Kenaston duked it out with the victory going to Kenaston with a final score of 2-8.

In the Rosetown Arena, the Rosetown Redwings took on the Delisle Bruins.

And the Outlook Ice Hawks took the victory over the Elrose Aces with a score of 9-3, keeping up a 2 win streak.

The Loreburn 19ers played the Eston Ramblers and the Ramblers won with a score of 11-1.

The Dynamoes took the victory over the Central Butte Flyers last night also with a score of 9-0.

The Dinsmore Dynamoes remain undefeated this season with a 5-0 record.


In the Sask West Hockey League, there was a close game between the Biggar Nationals and the Macklin Mohawks.

In the end the Mohawks took the victory in a score of 4-3.

The Unity Miners went up against the Eatonia Huskies and won with a victory score of 6-9.

The Mohawks are set to face the Wilkie Outlaws tonight at the Unity Community Centre at 7:00pm.

Macklin is defending a 5-3 record while the Outlaws remain undefeated this season.


In the Sask Junior Hockey League, the Kindersley Klippers and the Battlefords North Stars went head to head, with the victory going to the North Stars in a score of 42-19.

This leaves the North Stars with a 20-6 record, placing them first in the Finning Division.
