In game two between the Kindersley Sr. Klippers and Eston Ramblers, Eston scored in early and often. Johnny Calkins got on the board just 28 seconds into this one, in a sign to come for the Sr. Klippers this evening. Calkins then got a lucky bounce for his second of the game as he centered a puck out front that went off the shin pad of Steve MacIntyre and behind Kindersley goaltender Luke Sproule to double the Eston lead. Things went from bad to worse for the Sr. Klippers as just 19 seconds later, Eston jumped up by three on a shot from the circle from Jesse Duchscherer that Luke Sproule would want back. The Sr. Klippers then got a powerplay chance but could not take advantage, and just as soon as teams went back to five on five, Johnny Calkins completed his hat trick on a nice pass from Duchscherer on a two on one. Then later in the period, Duchscherer got his second of the game, on a deflection in the slot on a shot by Brandon Cuse to give the Ramblers a commanding five goal lead.

After 1: Sr. Klippers 0 - 5 Ramblers, shots 14-13 Sr. Klippers

Kindersley's long road to try to comeback in this game started 6:30 into the period, as Gage Misskey's shot from the point found its way behind Eston goaltender Tyrell King. The four goal deficit was short lived, however, as Jesse Duchscherer completed his hat trick just 1:13 later to regain the five goal lead for Eston. The flurry of goals continued, as Kindersley scored 2:02 later, as Brody Ryberg scored on a nice pass from Damon McKenzie to find him on the back door, to drop lead to four. The Sr. Klippers kept coming, as Shayne Neigum scored 1:23 later, with the assists going to Darian Dziurzynski and Kyle Donaldson to get Kindersley within three. That is as close as they would get, as just 44 seconds later Andrew Dommett scored on a breakaway to give Eston their four goal lead back. That was it for the slough of goals, as it remained scoreless for the remainder of the period.

After 2: Sr. Klippers 3 - 7 Ramblers, shots 13-10 Ramblers in the period, 26-24 Ramblers overall

The third period was one were not much happened on the scoreboard. Kindersley took a couple of penalties, and showed their frustration as Byron Ismond hammered Jesse Duchscherer in the corner of the rink after taking a tripping penalty. No fireworks came from this hit, and Eston just killed off time on the powerplay. Kindersley did have some chances shorthanded, as Dylan Georget had a breakaway, but could not beat Tyrell King. Eston coasted to a four goal victory after that.
