The Iron Horse Kindersley Klippers 8 game point streak has come to an abrupt end after falling to the Notre Dame Hounds last night in Wilcox 5-2. The game was much closer than the 5-2 score would suggest though, as the Hounds scored 2 empty netters.

Liam Fraser continued his torrid pace with a goal and Scott McKenzie scored as well in the loss. Kindersley will continue their road trip in Estevan tomorrow and finish up in Weyburn Saturday before coming home to play the Hounds on December 21 in the last game before Christmas for the team.

Kindersley is now 13-15-5-1 which is good for the 8th and final playoff spot in the SJHL and 2 points up on Notre Dame heading into their match up against the Bruins this evening.
